During our relaxed seasons, it usually takes between 12-15 working days, to tailor make your dress and then another 3-5 working days of the delivery to your destination.
So from date of purchase you can be holding the dress in your hands in just 18- 23 days. Shipment times vary depending on the company (UPS, Fedex etc) standard.

During peak season the dress making time could be from 25 -30 working days and the same time for delivery 3-5 working days.
Peak Season = March to June
Off Season = July to February

Shipping Fees:

Our products come with free shipping to many countries, including Canada, North America, UK, Oceania, some countries of Eastern Asia, and South-east Asia. If you are located in another country, then please contact us for further details and shipping costs.
We use UPS, Fedex and other reliable shipping methods and will provide you with the tracking number once the order has been completed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we only accept returns if there is an obvious quality problem, which excludes size, colour or wrong shipping times. We do hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as a mistake due to the shipping company or any other situations beyond our control.
Please see below for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

• 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the dress.
  
• 2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.
  
• 3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  
• 4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
  
• 5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
  
• 6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
  
• 7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
      . Please use the same address we give on the parcel you received.
      . Please send back the item with the original packing we use
      . Please write the value same as the one we given on the express bill.
  

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, then you are required to contact us within 12 hours. However there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If your order has already been processed, then we have no way to cancel it.
